What delivery options are there?

 For your piece of mind and to ensure the post ALWAYS arrives we use Royal Mail recorded delivery or special delivery; 

 
Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Delivery within 1-3 days. Orders ordered before 1pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day,  costs just £3.50.

Express Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery
We also offer a Special Delivery service by Royal Mail for guaranteed next day delivery. Special Delivery costs £6.95. Please ensure you place your order before 1pm Monday-Friday to avoid disappointment.

Delivery Questions

Q: Must I be in when my order arrives?
A: Yes - you have to sign for your order.

Q: What if I am out?
A: If there is no-one to sign for the package the postman or courier will leave a card informing you where you can pick up your order or how to arrange re-delivery for your discreet package.

Q: How is my order packaged?
A:  You don't need to worry about nosy neighbours or your postman, all orders are sent using plain packaging for your privacy - with  no indication of the contents. Only your name, address and our return address will be visible on the outside of the packaging.

The return address is shown as 'Magnet Holdings'. Enjoy Lingerie is not printed anywhere on the outside packaging and there is no indication of the contents inside.
